Roads Travel Update 203 05 May 2016: The Ultra Low Emission Zone is coming. From September 2020, all vehicles will need to meet new exhaust emissions standards or pay a daily charge when travelling within central London. M25 anti-clockwise junctions 11 to 10 On Sunday 8 May, anti-clockwise closure of the M25 between junctions 11 and 10 overnight 22:3005:30. Further night works will be carried out mainly Saturday nights until November 2017. Expect delays of 35-40 minutes. A13 Lodge Avenue flyover Barking RM9 Closed in both directions between 22:00 Friday 6 May and 05:00 Monday 9 May. East and westbound A13 traffic is diverted via the slip roads and the roundabout beneath the flyover. A13 Commercial Road E1 both directions between Butcher Row and Back Church Lane Various restrictions to facilitate utility work, as follows: From 08:00 Thursday 5 May until 20:00 Friday 6 May, lane one closed on A13 Commercial Road westbound at the junction with Back Church Lane. From Saturday 7 May until Sunday 12 June, lane one closed on A13 Commercial Road westbound at the junction of Ratcliffe Cross Street. From Saturday 7 May until Sunday 3 July, contra-flow in operation at the junction of Batty Street, reducing the carriageway to one lane in both directions. From May 2016 until February 2018, Tooley Street will be closed to eastbound traffic except cycles. There will be a signed diversion in place. Westbound traffic will travel in the eastbound lane and the congestion charge will operate as normal. Access to London Bridge station will be retained at all times.
